It's the end of the year and you know what that means. That's right! It's to cold to do anything but party! That means that we need lots of sugar. It's a good thing that the sugar beet trucks have been running around the clock for the last few weeks to get the beets to market. Of course, the sugar from this harvest won't be available for months yet, but they are still in season. It's also the time of year to practice ones creativity. Spilling out the sugar of ones mind with a ferver that would make Willy Wonka himself green with envy.
